If you’re on the quest to eat healthier or get in shape you’ve probably heard all of these terms and more! Which one’s right? I have no idea. Is there a right one? A wrong one? Honestly, I don’t think people will ever agree on that.
That’s one of the reasons I’m here. I’ve read the books, I’ve watched the documentaries, I’ve heard the success stories. And even I’m still undecided! What I do think, is that each of these “diets” have their merits and their downfalls. Although, I’m sure we can all agree on one thing: whole and unprocessed foods are going to be the best!
I’m a victim of yo-yo dieting, the news years resolutions, the “I’ll start again Monday” crowd, and the gym-timidated cardio bunny. However, I’m going to be sharing my story, struggles, successes and foods/recipes as I make a lifestyle change to be healthier and live a happier and fitter life. So stick around, I may be able to offer you helpful information, exercises, recipes, and tricks on developing healthier habits. At the very least, you can read my story and know you’re not alone.
